Health Coaching
Clients who would benefit from this service would be those who are ready to make changes to achieve a healthier state of being. This would include but not limited to establishing a healthy diet and habit, initiating a fitness program, manage their schedules to fit in healthy habits but do not know how. These clients do not need to wait to have a medical diagnosis such as cardiac, COPD, diabetes, arthritis. musculoskeletal diagnosis, and/or neuropathy
A Health Coach helps you identify your strengths, champions you to achieve your health habits and celebrates your own success as you take this often difficult path. Lets face it "change" is difficult. Health Coaching is also 1 on 1, sessions are conducted via phone, zoom, or if within near location at client's home.
Your insurance company may offer discounts for your healthier lab "number" proving a healthier state of being. cost benefits are beneficial in the long term.
For example , if you are on blood pressure medications and improve your diet and alter your lifestyle so far as to not longer require blood pressure medications you'd be saving so much in co pays for those medications you once needed. Your overall health is worth it.
